Great location, close to public transportation and amenities. The apartment was beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. It had a fully stocked kitchen and a great mini-bar. The reception desk staff was always helpful and pleasant. I would highly recommend Rosenthal Residence for a comfortable stay in Berlin.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made a huge difference for us as English-speaking travelers. The location was perfect, with lots of restaurants and entertainment nearby, and an underground train station just a minute away. The apartment itself was exactly as shown in the online pictures and the beds were very comfortable. as young people, we really enjoyed our stay here.

I had an amazing stay here! the staff were friendly and helpful, providing me with a map and pointing out some great places to visit. The location is fantastic, right in the centre of the city and easily accessible by train. Plus, it's just a short walk away from some fantastic restaurants. The cleanliness of the apartment was great, with everything being modern and well-maintained. I also loved the fact that they cleaned the room and dishes every day.

There were smokers constantly standing in the doorway of the apartment building, creating an unpleasant experience when entering or leaving.

Fresh, new, clean apartments. Great location near shops and hip area. Helpful and friendly staff. Comfy with Christmas decorations. Spacious for 1-2 people. Comfortable bed. Fast Wifi for work. Close to public transportation and city center.

I was fulfilled by my exclusive needs, particularly with the chic private facilities. the room advantages such as the comfortable beds, the selection of pillows and the soaker tub provided by this venue were great. the service was prompt and courteous, with a blend of casual and formal language.

The only tiny disadvantage we experienced was that the lounge and bar area were limited. the friendly staff made up for any shortcomings with their professionalism.
